Outline for application process

How to apply: (Please note: offices will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.)

1. Please download the application form. (see below).
2. Fill in application form.
3. Submit the form and a picture of the calligraphy piece to order@shodo-journal.com
4. Fill in credit card form and submit.

How to download:

Click “Application form,” download to your computer and save.
Note that this application is in Excel form, so that you can type your information directly into it. You will need at least Excel 97 software.

About the critique:

Immediately after receipt of full application and payment, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.
The critique and its English translation will be completed within three weeks and returned to you by email.
If either the confirmation or the critique is not received by you at these times, please inform us immediately.
