Shodo Journal Research Institute is open to receiving new members.

Benefits of membership

1. Members receive our publications - monthly newsletter, the quarterly Shodo Journal, and the Year book

2. Members receive free admittance to the Onodera Museum.

3. Members receive a hundred yen discount of the free for other Association exhibits.

4. Members receive a 20% discount of the free for a critique of their work.

5. Outstanding works by members will be shown on our website.

6. Those who take new membership will receive a free copy of "The Life of Shotei Kawatani" (Japanese only) by Keiji Onodera
